What Materials are your products made from?
All of our products are manufactured from 3mm Premium grade S275 hot rolled Mild Steel. Not COR-TEN Weathering steel as this is a copper chromium alloy which can lead to damage in trees.
How do I install the birds?
Metal Birds have a spike to aid installation, Simply tap them into your chosen location with a hammer. A few taps maybe required in harder woods or pre drill a small hole first. Fence post toppers have a base with a hole in them for screws or nails. Mini toppers have a mini spike to install with.
Will it go rusty?
All of our metalbirds items are designed to go rusty and are supplied bare to facilitate this. You could paint your Items with metal paint to preserve them if you wish.
Where are your products made?
All of our metal animal art silhouettes are designed and manufactured by ourselves proudly here in Lancashire, United Kingdom. We make and ship all of our own products to ensure they are the best quality.
How do I return or amend an item after purchase?
Please contact us at customer-service@metalgardenart.co.uk as soon as you can so we can amend your order as requested prior to shipping.

What are your opening hours?
We are open daily Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Manufacturing, processing and shipping items.
What postage companies do you use?
We dispatch all of our items via DHL or Royal Mail daily.
All dispatched items will have a tracking number that is sent via the item dispatch confirmation email. This will have a link to the corresponding carrier used to ship the item with the tracking number along side it.
